	Billy Bean Products ships only to locations within the United States. Our customers pay for the shipping at cost; however, a nominal shipping fee is added to the purchase of grilling accessories. Our primary carrier is the United Parcel Service (UPS). All orders are shipped by ground. The price is determined by weight of the items and the postal zone of the shipping destination. The shipping price will be calculated and displayed to the customer and added to the invoice prior to payment.


	Any damage claims or errors with orders must be made immediately upon receipt of order. For returned items, within 15 days of receipt of shipment (including gifts), returned items must have its seals intact and containers unopened. Shipping fees will not be refunded and a 15% restocking fee will be assessed unless there is an error on the company’s part.
