Being raised in Florida, I fish a lot and love to cook and eat seafood as much as catch it. I love to use a big bunch of Big Billy's Seafood Rub for crab, shrimp, and lobster boils. Use on grilled, sautéed and steamed oysters, clams and mussels. Shake on all types of fish and shell fish before and after grilling or frying. Add to seafood breading before frying. Mix it into cocktail sauce and tartar sauce to add a little punch of flavor. Mix in with hush puppy batter before frying. Mix in crab cakes and conch fritters. It’s even good on chicken! I add to Bloody Marys for the spicy hang over cure.
