I created Big Billy's All Purpose "BABO" Rub back in 1977 because I wanted an all purpose rub for all types of meat. I wanted a name for it. Under the influence of too many cocktails I tried to label it as bar-b-que rub but wrote BABO instead and the name stuck. Rub this on beef, poultry, pork and seafood. Season any kind of ground meat for great burgers. Add to soups, sauces, French fries, vegetables, eggs, pasta dishes and even popcorn. My cousin likes it so much he sprinkles it on ice cream! I love it in a Bloody Mary.
