The Big Billy BBQ team placed second in their first ever BBQ competition. The Smoking Blues, Bikes & BBQ Festival in St. Cloud, Florida was held the weekend of May 1-3 along the shore of beautiful Lake Toho. The sponsers did a great job and we had a fun time. 
Big Billy worked hard to create great recipes for all four categories. His Baby Back Ribs placed second in the Backyard Competition - not bad for a first time competitor. We shared our ribs with a lot of festival attendees and they all agreed that this was a great tasting recipe.
